What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness guide who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs. They work with clients to lose weight, gain energy, optimize sleep, decode food cravings, and much more.

 

As your Health Coach I will guide, empower, and provide you with ongoing support (and the odd douce of tough love!). I will make recommendations to help you set attainable goals and make sustainable changes. Changes that will improve your physical and mental health and happiness. 

 

Additionally, I will listen carefully to you and your unique needs. I will help you navigate through the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice and assist you in exploring what truly works for you. 

 

 

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between where you are and what is standing in the way of you achieving your health goals

  • Create your personal nutrition blueprint

  • Decipher your body’s unique needs

  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

 

What you get:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month (either in person, over the phone or via Skype)  

  • Full set of notes from each session

  • Simple healthy recipes and meal plans

  • Personalized recommendations in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation

  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals

  • Email support between sessions

  • Someone to cheer you on and keep you accountable!
