1:1 Coaching

Are you an introvert (like me!) or maybe you don't love the idea of sharing all your health issues with a big group? I get it! 


My 1:1 coaching programs are designed to help you reach your unique health goals, by looking at what's been getting in your way and holding you back. 


We start where you are and create a plan to get you where you want to go. I coach you on how to integrate positive, healthy changes into your life. Changes that are not only manageable but sustainable.


My ultimate goal is for you to be successful and to make sure this is the last time you "go on a diet". But rest assured, this is NOT a diet. Diet's are "quick fixes" that are often so restrictive that their results never last.


Unlike the diet industry, I don't encourage deprivation, restriction or enforce "food rules" for you to follow. Instead I teach you how different food choices affect your energy, digestion and overall wellbeing. I teach you how to build new healthy habits into your life, and empower you with the knowledge and experience to maintain your new healthy life. 


12 Week Coaching Program



We meet via Zoom every weeks, for a total of 12 1:1 sessions, to work on your specific health goals.

In each session, I will give you action steps and recommendations to try out towards achieving your goals. We will discuss your progress, as well as any frustrations you may be experiencing and get to the heart of what might be standing in your way. We will build a step by step plan to easily integrate healthy changes into your life.


After each session, I will send you a full set of notes for your reference. The notes contain of the all recommendations, along with detailed information on the reasons why I'm making these recommendations.


I feel it is incredibly important to know why we're doing something because "when we know better, we do better!" Understanding the "why" behind the "what" helps to keep you motivated and consistent. I will also include recipes for you to experiment with and enjoy!

I will guide, empower, and provide you with ongoing support (and the odd dose of tough love!).


The recommendations I make will help you set attainable goals and make sustainable changes. Changes that will improve your physical and mental health and happiness. 

Together we will:

  • Connect the dots between where you are and what is standing in the way of your health goals

  • Create your personal nutrition blueprint

  • Decipher your body’s unique needs

  • Set personal goals and work towards sustainable change

When I decided I needed to set some health goals, I wasn’t sure where to start. I knew I wanted to introduce knew routines and whole foods. Tara's approach was that of a best friend; honest, supportive and genuinely invested in my success.

My Maintenance Coaching is a service offered to my 4 month program graduates. It is a month to month program that lasts for as little or as long as you feel you need. 

I am fully confident that you will achieve success through my 4 month coaching program, however while some people are able to confidently leave "the coaching nest" and fly on their own, others need that extra bit of support and accountability for a while longer.  


I also know that as human beings we tend to go back to our old unhealthy habits when the "going gets tough" and if we're not careful we can end up right back where we started. 


That is where Maintenance Coaching comes in. 




Maintenance coaching provides you with continued access to me via text and email should you have any questions or if you're feeling "stuck" and need help on how to navigate certain situations (i.e. how to manage the holidays without going overboard).


Maintenance coaching also entitles you to book one coaching session per month should you need, and provides you with accountability going forward to ensure you keep your well deserved achievements long term! 

Again, Maintenance Coaching is completely optional and be terminated at any time.
