Ginger also contains potent anti-inflammatory compounds and as a result is a powerful painkiller which makes it especially beneficial for those who suffer with joint, muscle, and nerve pain.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups boiling water⠀
1 inch fresh organic turmeric root, chopped OR 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 inches fresh organic ginger root, chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⠀
1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil⠀
Option: 1/2 cup nut milk⠀
1-2 tsp raw, unpasteurized honey⠀

DIRECTIONS: ⠀
Add all ingredients to your high speed blender and blend.⠀
You may wish to strain the mixture into your cup with a wire mesh strainer but you don't have to if you don't mind having some grit in the bottom of your cup! (I never do this step).
