Banana Bread Blondie Bars


These Banana Bread Blondie Bars are 💯💯💯⁠ and so easy to make!

TO MAKE: ⁠

• 2 overripe bananas, mashed⁠

• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted ⁠

• 1/4 real maple syrup (optional)

• 1 egg, whisked ⁠

• 1 tsp vanilla ⁠

• 1 cup almond flour⁠

• 1 cup gluten free oats ⁠

• 1/2 tsp baking soda ⁠

• 1/3-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips ⁠

1️⃣ Whisk bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup (if using), egg and vanilla until smooth. ⁠

2️⃣ Add in dry ingredients and mix until well combined.⁠

3️⃣ Place in an 8X8 pan (lined with parchment paper) and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. .⁠
