Banana Bread Blondie Bars

These Banana Bread Blondie Bars are 💯💯💯 and so easy to make!
TO MAKE:
• 2 overripe bananas, mashed
• 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
• 1/4 real maple syrup (optional)
• 1 egg, whisked
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 cup gluten free oats
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/3-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1️⃣ Whisk bananas, coconut oil, maple syrup (if using), egg and vanilla until smooth.
2️⃣ Add in dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Place in an 8X8 pan (lined with parchment paper) and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins. .
