Hi, I'm Tara

A bit about me...

I have a Bachelor with Honours in Communications, a Masters of Science in Teaching and a Certified Degree in Health Coaching. 

My passion for health was ignited 17 yrs ago when I lost my father to cancer. Witnessing his heartbreaking battle led me to pick up every & any health book I could find .

Weight had also been an issue for me for many years. I turned to fad diets to try (and inevitably fail) at losing weight.  But after losing my Dad, I shifted my focus from "weight loss" to "health", and I finally got the results I had been after for years.

 

When on mat leave with my first son, I went back to school, studied nutrition and got my health coaching certification. In 2017, I began Tara Ryan Health, a health coaching practice devoted to helping busy women ditch the overwhelm and confusion around healthy eating and weight loss. 

And I want to help you too!

In a world where there's constantly a "new way" of being healthy and fit, it is so hard to know what to believe, what to try, and if you are even doing the "right" thing. 

 

One diet can be "it" one month and then, just as quickly, a new diet takes over. They all have the same concept. A quick fix, and something that doesn't take too long.

Who is this course for? This course is for anyone who is fed up with the constant guilt and inner dialogue surrounding food and their body, and who are ready to make lasting changes in their health, appearance and energy level. 

Who is this course not for? Anyone who wants a quick fix or a "magic pill" and who isn't ready to put in effort and make changes. 

Can you guarantee results? I can guarantee results to the person who shows up, does the work and implements the things that I teach. Only YOU can guarantee your success (but don't worry, I will help you tackle the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back!).

When will the live Zoom trainings take place? Classes will begin the week of September 13th, 2021. Exact time and day TBD. 

Why are the trainings every 2 weeks and not every week?  I've spaced out the trainings on purpose to give you time in between each lesson to implement the habits you're being taught. If we zip through them too quickly, it becomes overwhelming and it will be harder to create lasting change. 

What if I miss I live training? Will I have access to it later? Absolutely! I will record all trainings and send everyone the link so you can rewatch it as often as you like!
