Bi-weekly Zoom trainings where I will deliver the teachings LIVE so you can ask all of your questions in real time! 

Office hours - On our 'off' weeks, there will be designated office hours via Zoom. This will give you the opportunity to get extra support or guidance with anything you may be struggling with. 

You will get access to a member-only Facebook Group where you will be able to ask questions to the community, find an accountability buddy (should you so choose!) share your struggles, learn from each other and celebrate your wins! Remember - you are not alone in this!! 

Workbooks for each of the 9 modules, with all of the teachings so that you don't have to scramble to take notes!
