Why 6 Months?
Studies have shown that 6 months is the duration of time that allows people to build new habits into their lives, but more importantly, it allows people to sustain those habits for the long term. My ultimate goal is for you to be successful and I believe that a quick fix is never the answer. Learning and building new healthy habits into your life will equip you with the knowledge and the experience to maintain your new healthy life.
6-Month Program Breakdown
During the health history consultation we will determine your goals for your health and for your life.
The 6-month program is designed to then help you reach your unique health goals by coaching you to integrate positive changes into your life.
We will have two 50 minute sessions each month, for a total of 12 sessions.
In each session, I will give you action steps and recommendations to try out towards achieving your goals. We will discuss your progress, as well as any frustrations you may be experiencing and get to the heart of what might be standing in your way. We will build a step by step plan to easily integrate healthy changes into your life.
You will receive a variety of handouts, recipes, foods and other materials to help support you between sessions. Additionally, I will give you a full set of notes containing the most important points from each session. You will also receive email support from me between our meetings.
I will guide, empower, and provide you with ongoing support (and the odd douce of tough love!). The recommendations I make will help you set attainable goals and make sustainable changes. Changes that will improve your physical and mental health and happiness.
