My 1:1 coaching programs are designed to help you reach your unique health goals, by looking at what's been getting in your way and holding you back.
We start where you are and create a plan to get you where you want to go. I coach you on how to integrate positive, healthy changes into your life. Changes that are not only manageable but sustainable.
My ultimate goal is for you to be successful and to make sure this the last time you "go on a diet". But rest assured, this is NOT a diet. Diet's are "quick fixes" that are often so restrictive that their results never last.
Unlike the diet industry, I don't encourage deprivation, restriction or enforce "food rules" for you to follow. Instead I teach you how different food choices affect your energy, digestion and overall wellbeing. I teach you how to build new healthy habits into your life, and empower you with the knowledge and experience to maintain your new healthy life.
3 Month Coaching Program
HOW IT WORKS:
We meet via Zoom every 2 weeks, for a total of 6 sessions, to work on your specific health goals.
In each session, I will give you action steps and recommendations to try out towards achieving your goals. We will discuss your progress, as well as any frustrations you may be experiencing and get to the heart of what might be standing in your way. We will build a step by step plan to easily integrate healthy changes into your life.
After each session, I send you a full set of notes for your reference that contain the all recommendations, along with detailed information on the reasons why I'm making those recommendations. I feel it is incredibly important to know why we're doing something as this helps you to stay motivated and consistent. I also include recipes for you to experiment with and enjoy!
I will guide, empower, and provide you with ongoing support (and the odd dose of tough love!). The recommendations I make will help you set attainable goals and make sustainable changes. Changes that will improve your physical and mental health and happiness.

When I reached out to Tara, I had 3 main goals:

Within the first month of working with Tara, I started feeling better, my stomach discomfort had lessened considerably and I lost six pounds.
It has now been almost 3 months since I started my health sessions with Tara and I feel great! I have no cravings, no stomach issues and I’ve lost ten pounds!

I wanted to try eliminating certain foods (i.e. gluten and dairy) to see if this would improve my gut health as I've always suffered with a very sensitive stomach.
