What to eat, when to eat, how much to eat? For years, I obsessed over trans-fat, high-fat, low-fat (my own fat!), calories, carbs, gluten, dairy, and whether (or how much) I should be eating of any of them (all the while still thinking about the junk food that I actually wanted to be eating).
I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused.
And those were just the thoughts about food! Ugh. I’m exhausted just thinking about the amount of time I spent thinking about my weight, body image, pant size.
Through years of reading, studying, and experimenting with different ways of eating, I discovered that food doesn't have to rule your life.
I found my way out of the maze of misinformation on diets and healthy living and I discovered that through simple shifts in your diet, food can transform not only the way you look, but the way you think and feel. Food can change your life.
I want to help you reach your health goals and discover the true power of food.
Everyone has an opinion these days about what you should eat and how you should live but I believe that nothing is more reliable than firsthand experience. Which is why I will teach you how to listen to your body and make your own decisions about which foods work best for you (in other words, I won’t be force-feeding you kale).
